If you are not importing from a GDS, tour operator, or email confirmation, you can add an accommodation yourself at any time.
1. Click the Add icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen and select Accommodation.
2. Start typing the name of the accommodation you'd like to add. If it's in the Umapped database, you should be able to select from the drop-down list.
- Contact info, website details, and photographs should populate automatically if the hotel was selected from our database.

3. Add check in/out dates and times and click Add to Trip.
4. From here, you can add Room, Pricing, and Cancellation Policy information, as well as upload files and add any necessary details.
5. You can edit your Accommodation segment anytime by clicking View Booking Details and then clicking the Edit icon, or any of the Add prompts.
