If you have Word documents or PDFs such as vouchers or insurance certificates you need to share with your Travellers, uploading them as file attachments will allow your Travellers to easily access them during their Trip.
1. Click Supporting Documents, then select File Attachments. To add a document, select Attach File, and then drag and drop or click to navigate within your device.
3. When you’ve selected your file, click Attach File. The file will now be available in the Supporting Documents section of your Trip.
4. Rename or reorder any files in your File Attachments after they have been added. Click the Options icon and select Edit.
5. To reorder Files, drag and drop the individual File to another spot in the list
Supporting Documents can be accessed by your Travellers via the Web View or mobile app, so they will always be available to view or download.
