ClientBase users can now set up the CB Live Connect feature to import bookings from Umapped back into Client Base.


The following steps outlines how to set up CB Live Connect for Umapped:

A. ClientBase Window

  1. Within your Client Base, go to Utilities, Live Connect Providers. 
  2. Select Add.
  3. Enter Umapped for the Provider Name.
  4. Enter https://trip.umapped.com/cb/login  for the URL.
  5. Select HTML Source for the Import XML From field.
  6. Select Tour for Travel Category.
  7. Select OK


TIP! Set up for Live Connect agent logins can be done individually. When Live Connect is launched, the system first looks to see if there is login information at the User Login level, and if not, then asks the user to login at the provider website. Users can store their own logins by going to Utilities, My Login, Live Connect and clicking Add.


B. ClientBase Online


  1. Within your Client Base, go to Tools, Settings, Live Connect Providers.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Enter Umapped for the Provider Name.
  4. Enter https://trip.umapped.com/cb/login  for the URL.
  5. Select HTML Source for the Import XML From field.
  6. Select Tour for Travel Category.
  7. Select Save


TIP!Each user can store their own login information under Tools, My Login, Live Connect.  Click Add, select Umapped from the drop-down menu and enter the following information:


User Name and Password: Enter the necessary fields based upon the login information provided to you when you contacted Umapped. (The Agency Number and Code is not applicable.)
