Access your future DMCeXplorer bookings and itineraries from within your Umapped account for easy additions to any trip itinerary!
There are two parts to complete in order to access your DMCeXplorer bookings.
Part 1: Account Set Up
Email our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request access to the new DMCeXplorer + Umapped integration! Once the set up is completed for your account you will receive a confirmation email from Umapped with full instructions.
Part 2: Using the integration
Once your account set up is completed, follow these instructions to add your DMCeXplorer bookings to any Umapped trip:
A. From within your account, click on the Dashboard menu tab and then on Booking Inbox
B. Select the DMCeXplorer reservation(s) you want to add to a trip itinerary and click Add To Trip.
**If your reservations are not displayed, you can search by reservation number.
C. Are you creating a new trip or adding to an existing trip in Umapped?
- For a new trip, enter the desired trip name and click Create
- For an existing trip, enter the trip name and click Add To Trip
D. Click on the Trips tab and search for the trip itinerary to which you have added your DMCeXplorer reservation(s).
