Phone extensions can be added to a travel agent's profile in two different ways.


A. Company Profile

A. Company Profile


When the company phone number is filled out in the company profile, the phone extension can be added to the travel agent's profile.


1. Select the Company tab.


2. Select Edit to update and change company information


3. Fill in the company phone number and select Save.

Please note that only company administrators can add and update the company phone number.

4. Select Profile from the initials in the top right hand corner.


5. Enter the phone extension in the Ext. field then select Save.


B. User Profile


From within the travel agent's user profile, the phone field can be filled with an extension.


1. Select Profile from the initials in the top right hand corner.


2. Enter the phone number and the extension in the Phone field then select Save.
