Important Service Notice re: the TravelBound x Umapped integration

  • TravelBound system changes will be affecting the TravelBound x Umapped integration effective January 31, 2019. 
  • Bookings made with TravelBound after January 31, 2019 will not be eligible for import using the existing TravelBound x Umapped integration.
  • We are in the process of working on a solution and look forward to providing you with an update as soon as possible.

For bookings made with TravelBound prior to January 31st, 2019, please follow the instruction below.


1. From Step 2:Itinerary, select the TravelBound logo from the Tour Operators drop-down menu.


2. Select a Booking Reference Type from the drop-down menu. Enter the booking # in the Booking Reference tab and select Search.


3. Review the details, and select Import if you'd like to add the booking to your itinerary.


All of the booking details will then be added directly to your trip.
