Add destination content and other important documents directly to your trip itinerary for your clients.


Documents created in the Umapped Library can be added in 3 ways:


A. Individual Pages of a Document can be added in Step 2: Itinerary. 


B. Documents can be added to a trip itinerary in Step 3: Documents. 


C. Documents can be customized within an individual trip Step 3: Documents. See here for full instructions


A. Individual Pages of a Document can be added in Step 2: Itinerary. 


Step 1: Select 'Add Content' and then 'Copy a Page From Your Documents'


Step 2: Search for an existing page you want to add to the trip itinerary. Once you have found the Page click Copy.

  


Step 3: After clicking Copy you can edit the page in following ways:


      - Enter new text or edit existing text

      - Format text

      - Link this Page to a Booking

      - Add Photos, Videos, or Links

 


Step 4: You can 'drag and drop' your page to the desired spot in the itinerary.


B. Documents can be added to Step 3: Documents. 


Step 1: In Step 3: Documents, select Add from Library to add an entire Document from your library.
