Add a structured insurance note to your trip itinerary by following these simple steps!
1. In Step 2. Itinerary of a trip, select Add Insurance from the + Add Bookings drop-down menu.
2. Enter a Provider, Policy #, and any other details to inform the traveler(s).
3. Optional: Add travelers' names and coverage dates to the insurance note by selecting + Add Traveler.
4. Optional: Link the insurance to a specific booking by selecting the Link to Booking drop-down menu as shown below. This ensures that the insurance information will be below the booking in the itinerary.
5. Click Save.
6. Optional: To attach insurance documents to your insurance note, first upload the document (see here for full instructions), then from within the Insurance Note, select Link Attached File(s).
