There are several ways to incorporate a 3rd party PDF/information into a Umapped itinerary!


A. Import from one of the fully-integrated Tour Operators

B. Incorporate the PDF details into Step 2. Itinerary using Add Bookings and Add Content

C. Attach the Supplier PDF


A. Import from one of the fully-integrated Tour Operators


In Step 2. Itinerary, select the tour operators that you would like to import from the Tour Operators drop-down menu. You will be provided instructions on how to import from the tour operator you select.



If the Tour Operator you are using is not listed, please proceed to either option B or C below and email support@umapped.com your 'wish list' of Tour Operators you'd like to see in Umapped.


 B. Incorporate the PDF details into Step 2. Itinerary using Add Bookings and Add Content


From within Step 2. Itinerary, use the Add Content feature to copy and paste information/components/details from the supplier PDF into the day-to-day itinerary and the Add Bookings feature to add specific booking information.


C. Attach the Supplier PDF


If you do not require the PDF details to be available in the day-to-day itinerary (Step 2. Itinerary), we recommend uploading the supplier PDF as an attachment which is available on the web and mobile versions of the trip itinerary.


1. In Step 3. Documents, click Attach Word of PDF.

















2. Select Upload File, then Choose File, select the Word or PDF file from your computer and click Upload.






TIP! If you add a Booking (as mentioned above in option B), you can link the Supplier PDF file to the Booking. Please see here for more information. For example, add a Tour booking on the first date of the supplier planned portion of the itinerary and link the uploaded file to this Tour booking as shown below from Step 2.
