Save PDF and Word Docs in your Umapped Documents Library so that you can easily attach these files across different trip itineraries.

A) Save your PDF and Word Docs in your Documents Library 


1. Create a Umapped Document**, or edit an existing Umapped Document, and select Add a New Page.

2. Name the Page and click Add a File to upload the file from your computer. Click Save.


3. If you are creating a new Document, click Create. If you are updating an existing Document, click Save.



B) Add a saved PDF or Word Doc to a Trip


1. In Step 2: Itinerary of your Trip, select Copy a Page From Your Documents from the Add Content drop-down menu.


2. Search for the Page your created with your PDF or Word Doc and click Copy.


3. A new Content Note with the attached saved file will be created in your Trip. Click Save.
