Umapped has two different integrations with ClientBase:

  • Invoice Import (read more here)
  • ClientBase Sync (read more here)

The first step is to read below to figure out which one is right for you!

The most important difference to understand about these two integrations is:

 

The ClientBase Sync integration is synced to the TRAMS Central Database (your ResCard information), while the Invoice Import is NOT! This means that changes are automatically updated in your Umapped trip when you are using ClientBase Sync, but not when you are using the Invoice Import integration.
