Reminder: you have a free trial of the travel42 Add-on during your Umapped trial. Once your Umapped trial has ended, this Add-on must be enabled for your account if you wish to continue using the travel42 Add-on. Please see here for more details.


There are 3 ways to use the travel42 Add-on, to search/save destination content and hotel reviews, in Umapped:


A. Search and add travel42 content directly into the day-by-bday itinerary in Step 2: Itinerary

B. Search and add travel42 content into a Custom Trip Document

C. Search and add travel42 content to a Document in your Library



A. Search and add travel42 content directly into the day-by-bday itinerary in Step 2: Itinerary


1. From Step 2:Itinerary, select 'travel42 Content' from the 'Add Content' drop down menu 

 

 

2. Enter your search destination and click 'Find'


3. From the listed results, 'Select' your desired search

 

4. Click through the different categories and subcategories of content. Whenever you find a section you would like to add to your Custom Document, select the '+' button.


5. Once you have selected all sections you wish to add, click the '+ Add Selected' button in the bottom right

 



B. Search and add travel42 content to a Custom Trip Document

When you create a Custom Trip Document in a specific itinerary, this is NOT saved for later use, this Custom Trip Doc is for this trip ONLY.


1. From Step 3:Documents click on Create a Custom Document





2. Give your Custom Document a Title and click Create


3. Click on the travel42 content button




4. Enter your search destination and click 'Find'


5. From the listed results, 'Select' your desired search

 

6. Click through the different categories and subcategories of content. Whenever you find a section you would like to add to your Custom Document, select the '+' button.


7. Once you have selected all sections you wish to add, click the '+ Add Selected' button in the bottom right

 



8. Selected content will be listed as Pages in your Custom Document

 




C. Search and add travel42 content to create a Document in your Library

When you create a Document in your Library, you will be able to add this Document to any trips you create in Umapped (can be used over and over again).


1. From the Documents Tab at the top of your account, select New Document


2. Title your document, select the type of document and make sure to enter the City and Country if required (marked by *)


3. Click Create

 



3. Click on the travel42 content button



4. Enter your search destination and click 'Find'


5. From the listed results, 'Select' your desired search

 

6. Click through the different categories and subcategories of content. Whenever you find a section you would like to add to your Custom Document, select the '+' button.


7. Once you have selected all sections you wish to add, click the '+ Add Selected' button in the bottom right

 



8. Selected content will be listed as Pages in your Custom Document
