The Trip Summary is an automated, condensed view of all the bookings that can be added at the beginning of the itinerary.


Tip: the Trip Summary can be added in Step 2: Itinerary; after a minimum of one booking has been added to the itinerary.  


How to add the Trip Summary


In Step 2. Itinerary click on the Summary button, located next to the + Content button.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Update Summary: if changes are made to the itinerary after you have added the Trip Summary, you are able to update the Trip Summary by selecting the Update Summary button
  • Edit Summary: You also have the ability to make manual adjustments/edits to the Trip Summary by clicking on the pencil icon to the right of the Trip Summary



Below is an example of how the trip summary will appear in a trip PDF.
