When creating an itinerary, map points will be automatically added to the Trip Map if location coordinates are available for that vendor (hotels, cruises, airports, ports, etc.). 



You can start by previewing your trip Map, to see what location adjustments may be necessary. 

Go to Step 4: Preview and select the Map tab as shown below:



To view/edit a vendor's map coordinates you will need to access the vendor's profile in the Umapped Vendor Database

You can edit/add locations to the map in two ways: 


A. Add Locations to Bookings (by updating the vendor's profile)


Step 1: Select the pencil icon next to the booking in Step 2:Itinerary










Step 2: From the booking screen, click on the blue notepad icon next to the vendor's name to access its vendor profile




















Step 3: Click on the Address Info tab and type the vendor's name into the Landmark Name field. This will generate a Google search to autofill the location GPS coordinates (Latitude & Longitude). Click either +Create or Update to save this change. These changes will be saved for future use**!




**Any vendor profiles that you have edited or created will have ** beside them when adding them into a booking as shown below:




B. Add Locations to Content Blocks


Step 1: Select the pencil icon next to the content block in Step 2:Itinerary




Step 2: Click on the Location tab and enter the location into the Landmark Name field. This will generate a Google search to autofill the location GPS coordinates (Latitude & Longitude). Click Save.
