You can invite colleagues and third parties (suppliers, vendors, tour operators, etc.) to work on trips with you! 



Trip itineraries can be shared collaboratively between travel professionals in 4 easy steps: 

1. Publish the Trip

2. Share with another Travel Professional

1. Publish the Trip


Once your trip itinerary is ready, click on the green Publish button under the Publish to Travellers tab. 



2. Share with another Travel Professional


A) Under Step 5: Publish, Share with Travel Professionals tab (there is also the opportunity to add a collaborator under Step 1- Trip Information), select Add Collaborator.  

B) Then enter the email address or Umapped username for the person you are inviting to collaborate.  

C) Fill in the fields, choose an access level and add a note to display in the email to the collaborator. 

D) Select (Invite and) Share.




3. Collaborator Set-Up


The collaborator will receive an email notification with an invitation to login and access the Shared Trip.  Please note, Travel Professionals who are not Umapped members can sign in to a free account - there are no additional costs for the collaborator. 


4. Co-branding


Once a collaborator logs in and uploaded their logo to their company profile, the co-branding feature will become available. Co-branding can only be managed by the travel professional who created the Trip. The primary contact can be selected and individual logos can be shown or hidden.
