When creating a new trip or editing an existing Trip, select Step 2: Itinerary to add and import bookings.


There are three ways to import/add bookings:

1. Import bookings from your GDS or ClientBase

2. Add bookings manually by category (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.) 

3. Import bookings from a Tour Operator



1. Import bookings from your GDS, ClientBase, or by emailing or uploading your booking.

Select one of the following options from the Import Bookings drop-down menu:


  • Import from Booking Inbox
  • Import from GDS
  • Import from ClientBase
  • Upload Booking PDFs
  • Forward Email Confirmations
  • Import from Wetu
  • Import from Template

2. Add bookings manually by category. 


Select the appropriate booking category from the Add a Booking drop-down menu and complete all required fields (marked by '*').








3. Import bookings from an integrated Tour Operator.


Select the tour operator from the drop-down menu.
