By default, your photos and videos will only sync if you are on wi-fi. To verify the syncing process, please follow the steps below.
1. From your Umapped app, click on the Settings button.
2. On the Settings page, verify that your Sync Status is ON.
3. Check to see if there are pending files to upload or download as shown below.
If there are files to upload/download and the last sync time is more than 5 minutes ago, verify that you have wi-fi connectivity. If you were not connected, please connect and the sync will occur.
If the last sync time is less than 5 minutes ago and you have network connectivity, please logout and log back on to the application. This will force the application to reset the syncing process.
